Mental Health Practitioner Survey of Legal Applications

This survey  is investigating the experience of mental health practitioners both those who and those who do not consider themselves specialists in forensic case work. It is being conducted by independent practitioner/investigators, Tim Branaman, PhD, Michael Gottlieb, PhD, and James Bow, PhD who are interested in the interface between the delivery of mental health services and cases that involve court-related concerns.

If you are a licensed mental health professional who delivers individual counseling or therapy services, you are invited to participate and your contribution to this research will be greatly appreciated. The survey consists of 12 demographic items and two clinical case vignettes that require ratings for possible responses to circumstances pertaining to court-involved clinical cases in which mental health professionals may be called upon to testify.
